Timeframes for Returns

  • Refund Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery for a full refund of item cost and taxes (shipping fees excluded).
  • Store Credit: Returns between 8-14 days qualify for store credit only.
  • Processing takes 14 business days after receipt at our warehouse.

Conditions

  • Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be in original condition with tags and hygiene liners intact.
  • Final Sale Exclusions: Sale items (e.g., Black Friday purchases), promotional code orders, and gift cards cannot be returned.
