Timeframes for Returns
- Refund Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery for a full refund of item cost and taxes (shipping fees excluded).
- Store Credit: Returns between 8-14 days qualify for store credit only.
- Processing takes 14 business days after receipt at our warehouse.
Conditions
- Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be in original condition with tags and hygiene liners intact.
- Final Sale Exclusions: Sale items (e.g., Black Friday purchases), promotional code orders, and gift cards cannot be returned.
How to Return

- Ship with the provided label within 7 days of approval.
- Fees:
- Domestic returns: $8 deducted from refund/credit.
- International returns: Contact for pre-approval; customer covers shipping.
Restocking Fee (20%)
